Quality Childcare is not expensive, it is Priceless!

2026 Rates

$335 per child per week for full time care

*While I would prefer any new Full Time enrollments to follow a school year schedule, all full time kids will be considered for enrollment if you enroll witthin 2026 and commit to start date of March 2027 or before.

Morning Playgroup rates:

$200 per week for care until noon Monday-Friday.

$120 3 days per week for until noon Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday.

AFTER SCHOOL CARE FOR WOODLAND DISTRICT 50:

After school care is $195 flat rate per week for bus riders and is only for Kindergarten through 5th Grade. This includes Friday early release pizza lunch and movie. A snack and homework supervision provided daily.

Care is not available for non school days or school breaks. Other early release day care is not included.

Current Clients Rates will increase 3% annually on your first invoice of each new year. Please make a point to expect this increase

Payment is billed via an online payment system called Parachute. You can choose to pay weekly or biweekly. Please make sure you have your autopay set up. If you are not using autopay, please have your bill paid by 6pm on Fridays.

Credit cards are accepted via the system but you are required to pay a small fee per transaction. Please note there is also a $1 per payment fee that is paid by me.

LATE PAYMENTS:

There is a charge of $60 per day (or part thereof ) each day fees are late. This includes weekend days. This fee is STRICTLY ENFORCED. Please pay on time to avoid these fees. Outstanding late fees and Repeat offenders are grounds for termination without notice. I understand that circumstances arise, however non payment without discussing with me ahead of time is inconsiderate.

LATE PICK UPS:

$65 for the first 15 minutes or any part thereof and $25 a minute after that outside of your regular hours. FRIDAY LATE FEE IS: $85 for the first 15 minutes or any part thereof and $30 a minute after that. Fee is payable at the time of offence. Fees will be assessed as above and your child will not be accepted into my care until fees are paid. If you are early or late please make sure you have CASH/Venmo in hand. Your child may not return to childcare until your fees are paid. Late payment fees will be charged on top of your charges if the late pick up fee payment is not made. Fees will accrue from the time of offence until payment is made.

Please call if you are going to be late. Please be respectful of my time.

Preschool: Rates are the same as FULL TIME care. Your preschooler occupies a FULL TIME spot at daycare therefore FULL TIME rates are charges. This is not negotiable.

You are responsible for transporting your child to and from preschool. Transportation is not provided.

I do recommend Wildwood Park District Preschool if you are looking for a morning preschool or CLC's Tech campus preschool if you are looking for afternoon preschool.
