2026-2027 Rates for FULL TIME SCHOOL YEAR CHILDCARE

These rates are for *new teacher clients enrolling in the 2026-2027 School Year

$335 per child per week

FULL TIME CARE FOR A TEACHERS SCHEDULE ONLY

PLEASE NOTE: **We will no longer offer a sibling discount beginning in the 2026/2027 school year for all clients. All children will charged our full time rates. I do not give any child 10 percent less care so therefore all children will be charged the same rate.

Current Clients Rates will increase 3% annually on your first invoice of each new year. Please make a point to expect this increase.

All fees are charged and invoiced via Parachute - an online payment service. Parents are required to set up automatic payments. Please see the handbook for new rules regarding the online payment system. If you choose not to set up autopay, payments are due on Friday by 6pm. Late fees are charged for payments received beyond then.

Payment is billed via an online payment system called Parachute. . You can choose to pay weekly or biweekly. There is no rate difference, just your personal preference. Credit cards are accepted via the system but you are required to pay a small fee per transaction. Please not there is also a $1 per payment fee that is paid by me.

LATE PAYMENTS:

There is a charge of $60 per day (or part thereof ) each day fees are late. This includes weekend days. This fee is STRICTLY ENFORCED. Please pay on time to avoid these fees. Outstanding late fees and Repeat offenders are grounds for termination without notice. I understand that circumstances arise, however daycare should be a priority bill and payments should be made ON TIME via the automatic payment system. My bills can't be paid if you don't pay yours. Unpaid invoices are inconsiderate and your child's spot will be filled with a child who can pay their bill on time. Automatic invoice payments are not optional.

EARLY/LATE DROP OFFS/ PICK UPS:

$65 for the first 15 minutes or any part thereof and $25 a minute after that outside of your regular hours. FRIDAY LATE FEE IS: $85 for the first 15 minutes or any part thereof and $30 a minute after that. Fee is payable at the time of offence. Fees will be assessed as above and your child will not be accepted into my care until fees are paid. If you are early or late please make sure you have CASH in hand. Your child may not return to childcare until your fees are paid. Late payment fees will be charged on top of your charges if payment is not made. Fees will accrue from the time of offence until payment is made.

Please call if you are going to be early or late and please remember late pickups cut into time with my family. Please be respectful of my time.

Preschool: Rates are the same as FULL TIME care. Your preschooler occupies a FULL TIME spot at daycare therefore FULL TIME rates are charges. This is not negotiable.

You are responsible for transporting your child to and from preschool. Transportation is not provided.
